Organization settings

Access the Users, Audit log, and Encryption key tabs to update your organizational settings.

View the organization details and the organization members from the Organization settings tab. From the Organization settings, you can access the Users, Encryption key, and Audit log tabs.

Depending on your role in Varicent ELT, you can perform the following actions:

  • Invite new members

  • Remove members

  • View pending members

  • View accepted members

  • View the plan type

Accessing Organization settings

  1. Sign in to Varicent ELT.

  2. Click on your username.

  3. Click Organization settings.

    You can now access organization settings for Users, Encryption key, and the Audit log tabs.

Download pipes and sources from your organization

You can download all pipes and data sources into a CSV or Microsoft Excel file.

Note

The Created by and Last updated by columns only populate for new pipes. With older pipes, the columns will be blank.

The download contains the following columns:

  • Pipe ID: The unique identifier of the pipe.

  • Pipe name: The name of the pipe.

  • Data Source ID: The unique identifier of the data source.

  • Data Source Name: The name of the data source used by the pipe.

  • Created by: The username or email of the user who created the pipe.

  • Last updated by: The username or email of the user who last modified the pipe.

  • DateTime Updated: The timestamp of the modification.

You can export all pipes and data sources from your organization within Organization settings:

  1. Sign in to Varicent ELT.

  2. Click on your username.

  3. Click Organization settings, then click Download Pipes Report.

  4. On the Download Pipes Report modal, select which file option to export to:

    • Text (.csv) file

    • Microsoft Excel (.xls) file

  5. Click Export.
