Varicent ELT Assistant

Release notes 3.90.0

Week of March 23, 2026

It’s even better now

We took the time to revamp some of the things you already love.

New Workday Finance Eligibility Drivers are now in Varicent ELT

We've been busy! We're excited to announce an enhancement to the Workday connector, with the addition of new endpoints: Get_Customer_Invoices and Get_Customer_Contracts from the Revenue Management domain.

This enhancement allows compensation administrators to import customer invoicing and contract data directly from Workday into Varicent ELT, eliminating the need to source this information from a CRM system. Invoice-level fields such as Customer Invoice ID, Document Status, Invoice Date, Payment Status, Payment Terms, Calculated Tax Amount, and Currency Reference are now available for import, along with line-level fields including Quantity, Unit Cost, Extended Amount, and Amount Retained. Contract-level data covering fields such as Current Contract Amount, Customer Contract Effective Date, Billing Schedule dates, Salesperson Reference, and Payment Terms can also be imported, enabling richer, finance-driven compensation calculations.

The Workday connector configuration now displays Get_Customer_Invoices and Get_Customer_Contracts as separate dropdown options in the endpoint selector. Each option displays its available mapping fields, with clear field descriptions and indicators for required versus optional fields. Note that you must have the appropriate Workday API permissions for the Revenue Management domain before using these endpoints.

Read the GET Customer invoices import permissions for more information.

Update to the Varicent ELT Row viewer window

Here we go again! We've updated the Row viewer to persist the state defined by the user, whether collapsed or expanded, throughout their session. Previously, in Varicent ELT the Row viewer reopened automatically after every action performed on a tool, interrupting the user's workflow.

Now, when you open a calculation, the Row viewer remains collapsed by default. When you open the Row viewer, it stays expanded as you navigate between tools in the Pipe builder. If you resize the Row viewer, the custom size is maintained until you collapse and re-expand, at which point it returns to the default size.

We crushed some bugs!

And we're so happy that we did...
