Release notes

3.100.0 - Week of August 17, 2026

It's even better now

We took the time to revamp some of the things you already love.

Control pipe role access at the folder level

You can now configure pipe access at the individual folder and subfolder level within the Roles permissions. Previously, pipe access was controlled only at the module level. With this update, you can enable or disable View, Edit, and Delete permissions for folders and subfolders, giving organizations more granular control over who can access sensitive pipelines.

Key behaviors in the role permissions for pipe folders:

  • Default inheritance: Subfolders inherit permissions from their parent folder unless overridden.

  • Partial access: If a user has access to a subfolder but not to its parent, the parent folder remains visible as a container, but its pipes are inaccessible.

  • Dynamic updates: Folders that are renamed, moved, or deleted are reflected automatically on the Roles page.

  • Moving pipes: Moving a pipe between folders requires View, Edit, and Delete permissions on both the source and destination folders.

  • Uncategorized pipes: Pipes not assigned to a folder appear under All and retain full View, Edit, and Delete permissions.
